a very stupid love story!!!

We all heard about the massive swell that beat the crap out of the East Coast of South Africa right? what? you havnt! Well then let me explain to you what happend.

There was once a cool breeze called Irene and she was happy until last week when she found out that her boyfriend had been blowing kisses to a hot breeze that lay over the indian ocean. This caused Irene to grow insanely angry and she then decided to confront Hot wind that lay over the sea. Upon confronting her, the two winds fell into a ferocious battle that caused them to become entangled and grow in size at a drastic rate. Irene had, eventually, defeated the hot breeze but as she did not realise how much energy she was exerting in the proccess, had developed into a monster of a storm as the anger still loomed within her. She was spinning out of control and was heading for the coast of Africa. She had no way of stopping and collided with the East Coast of South Africa bringing with her an army of huge swells that washed every inch of the coast line with thick, merky foam.

Well thats kind of what happend, but who cares about Irenes love life? As Bodyboarders we hope that Irene finds her boyfriends other "squeezes" so that swell like this will coat our coast again.
Anyway, KZN boogers and surfers alike scored such good waves this past week and although we, Cape Town, got the "sloppy seconds", Irene was a love story that we are not going to forget anytime soon.
